New stake presidencies

Elder John E. Fowler of the Seventy has created the Layton Utah Valley View Stake, which includes the Fairfield, Fernwood, Kays Creek, Oakhills, Skyline, Valley View and Wasatch wards.

Elder Helvecio Martins of the Seventy has created the Manaus Brazil Rio Negro Stake, which includes the Ajuricaba, Alvorada, Compensa, Flores, Manau wards and the Redencao branch.Elsewhere, stakes were reorganized in Japan, Mexico and Philippines, and in Arizona, California, Georgia, Oregon and Utah.
