Representative of the many retired people who devote their lives to Church service, are longtime temple workers Vern and Blanche Seamons of the Cascade 4th Ward, Orem Utah Stake, currently ordinance workers in the Provo Temple.
"We love what we are doing," said Brother Seamons. "We thought that if there was anything we could do to help in the Church, we'd do it. Temple work has been a blessing to us."The opportunities and challenges of the post-retirement years are discussed in articles on pages 6-11.
