New stake presidencies

Elder Jay E. Jensen of the Seventy has created the Pereira Colombia Stake, which includes the Cartago, Cuba, Dos Quebradas, Lago 1st, and Los Alpes wards, and the Lago 2nd, Los Naranjo, and Santander branches.
