Radio network honors faith of pioneers

"Foundations of Faith," a radio program honoring Mormon pioneers, will be broadcast Jan. 20 at 7 p.m. (MST), on the Bonneville International LDS Radio Network, which is owned and operated by Bonneville International Corp.

During the program, excerpts from biographies and personal memoirs of several pioneers will be read. Narrators include Steve Young, quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers; former Utah Gov. Norman H. Bangerter and his wife, Colleen; Rex L. Campbell, a well-known radio personality; former U.S. Sen. Jake Garn and his wife, Kathleen; and Robbie Bosco, former BYU quarterback and now BYU quarterback coach, and his wife, Karen.Music for the program will feature recordings by Lex de Azevedo and the London National Philharmonic Orchestra.
