The stake Primary president attends stake council meetings, and the ward Primary president attends ward council meetings. A Primary president should be prepared to participate actively in council meetings. She should present concerns about the children, Primary, and those who serve in Primary, and also should participate in the discussion of other ward or stake matters. She helps coordinate with other leaders plans for baptisms, activation, advancement of children from Primary, and training teachers.
