Koyle, 49, Summerville Ward, Charleston South Carolina Stake; to serve the Birmingham Alabama, Little Rock Arkansas and Memphis Tennessee regions; former counselor in the South Carolina Columbia Mission, regional welfare agent, stake president, high councilor, stake mission president, stake YMMIA superintendent, bishop and counselor; deputy director of South Carolina Department of Disabilities; earned bachelor's degree from BYU, master's and Ph.D. degrees from University of South Carolina; born in Spanish Fork, Utah, a son of Karl J. and Lorna Hansen Koyle; married Pamela Rae Bone.

W. E. Barry Mayo, 63, Bloomfield Hills 1st Ward, Bloomfield Hills Michigan Stake; to serve the Detroit Michigan and Lansing Michigan regions; former stake president, high councilor, stake Sunday School president, bishop and counselor; earned medical degree from University of Western Ontario; orthopedic surgeon; born in Ottawa, Ontario, a son of Regineld Sidney and Verena Mary Haney Mayo; married Helene Puskas.Don H. Staheli, 44, Nashua 1st Ward, Nashua New Hampshire Stake; to serve the Dartmouth Nova Scotia, and Montreal-Ottawa regions; former executive secretary to regional representative, stake president, stake executive secretary, bishop, stake and ward Young Men president; received bachelor's degree in history from BYU, and master's degrees in international business management from American Graduate School of International Management and in social work from BYU; agency director/clinical social worker for LDS Social Services; born in Spanish Fork, Utah, a son of Gerald Douglass and Nadine Hansen Staheli, married Cynthia Anne Bodine.

William W. Tanner, 57, Westwood 2nd Ward, Los Angeles California Stake; to serve the Los Angeles California region; former vice chairman Southern California Public Affairs Council, temple ordinance worker, executive secretary to regional representative, stake president and counselor, high councilor, bishop and counselor, elders quorum president, and Gospel Doctrine teacher; earned pre-dental degree from University of Utah, and dental degree from University of Southern California; dentist; born in Salt Lake City, Utah, a son of Henry Bernard and Edna Bertha Malan Tanner; married Elizabeth Findlay.
