The nearly 87-year-old Uintah Stake Tabernacle in Vernal, Utah, unoccupied for years, will be extensively renovated for use as a temple, the First Presidency announced.
The shell of the building will be restored to its orginal appearance, as shown in the architect's rendering on the cover and the interior will be constructed as a temple. It is the first time an older building has been so adapted. Details are on page 3.
