The Ricks College chapter of Business Professionals of America won six first place honors after competing in the national competition May 6-10 in San Francisco, Calif.
More than 1,000 post-secondary students from throughout the United States participated in the BPA's 28th national leadership conference. "It is overwhelming to see Ricks College students capture so many of the awards," said LaNae Morgan of the office education faculty, who is also adviser to the Ricks chapter.Of the 19 Ricks College students participating, 14 captured awards in the top 10.
