When preparing sustaining lists for ward and stake conferences, certificates of ordination, or other Church documents, the members' proper names should be used rather than a nickname. First or middle initials are also important. Attention to proper names will add dignity when the names are read in meetings or recorded on certificates and other documents.
Homemaking is a regular meeting of Relief Society. Those attending homemaking meeting would not be included on line 10 of the Member Progress Report Forms (34903) as not attending any Relief Society meeting.
