In (home teaching) interviews a member of the quorum presidency or group leadership meets with the senior member of each home teaching companionship. The purposes of these interviews are to:
Receive accounting from home teachers about the visits and service to their assigned members during the past month.2. Consider the temporal and spiritual welfare of members, setting goals and planning activities to help members in need.
Motivate, inspire and train home teachers.
Quorum presidents and group leaders give the bishop monthly home teaching reports.
