President Carlos Pedraja of the Argentina Salta Mission, shown with his wife, Amalia, was baptized 32 years ago in Bolivia, one of the first to join the Church in that country. Thus he is a pioneer and is featured this week in the first of a series spotlighting pioneers of various countries in connection with the Church Pioneer Sesquicentennial in 1997.
