Members clean up after storm

Church members in the Raytown and Pleasant Hill wards, Kansas City Missouri Stake, assisted their community in clean-up efforts after hurricane-force winds whipped through the area May 26, causing an estimated $10 million damage.

No Church members were injured in the storm, where winds blowing at 120 mph damaged 111 homes, 13 of which were destroyed.More than 30 members of the Pleasant Hill Ward cleaned up trash outside houses that were affected by the storm.

Members of the Raytown Ward worked to clean debris and broken branches off the property around their meetinghouse.
