Attendance rolls are kept by the Sunday School for Sunday School classes. . . . The names of those not attending Sunday School should be given to the bishopric. . . .
Efforts to activate Church members should be coordinated through the ward council. Sunday School presidencies can use class attendance rolls to identify those members not attending Sunday School. The needs of these individuals can then be discussed in ward council meeting. Assignments to help in activation may be given to auxiliaries, including the Sunday School. Teachers, secretaries, class officers and members may also help others to take an active part in the gospel and the programs of the Church.
