The annual Church pageant in Independence, Mo., "A Frontier Story," scheduled this year for June 25-28, has been canceled.
"We are looking toward a new presentation in the future," said Elder Robert K. Dellenbach of the Seventy, regarding the cancellation. Elder Dellenbach is an assistant executive director in the Missionary Department, which oversees the nine Church pageants produced, in most cases, every year.A schedule of this year's pageant presentations was published in the Feb. 22 Church News.
