The 1997 Church Educational System's education conferences will he held this fall throughout the United States and Canada for graduating high school students and their parents.
The conferences serve as a reminder to youth in the Church that gaining an education is a life-long pursuit, said Stephen Jones of the Church Educational System.The program includes a video with comments from Elder Neal A. Maxwell of the Quorum of the Twelve, encouraging young people to seek post-secondary opportunities.
Representatives from BYU, Ricks College, BYU-Hawaii and LDS Business College will also answer questions about educational opportunities for youth in the Church and financial aid.
