Married 70 years ago on May 28, 1928, in Salt Lake City, and later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple. He was a painter and paperhanger, employed
by Kennecott Copper for houses in Copperton, Utah. Served as high councilor and ward clerk; he played, coached and umpired baseball for many years. She served as stake Relief Society president's counselor, ward Relief Society president and counselor, and YWMIA president. They enjoy gardening and raising flowers. Members of the Union 14th Ward, Sandy Utah Cottonwood Creek Stake. Parents of two sons, they have seven grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
