Construction information: Architect: Architecture and Engineering Division of Church Temples Construction Department; local architect, Bill Ellig of Riter, Bush-Ellig-Hulsing. Contractor: Capital City Construction.

District: North Dakota, South Dakota, western Minnesota and northern Nebraska; four stakes, one district; 8,842 members.

Schedule: Opened Sept. 20, 1999. Two endowment sessions Tuesdays through Thursdays, five on Fridays, six on Saturdays; by appointment only.

Pertinent facts: Announced, Aug. 8, 1998; groundbreaking, Oct. 17, 1998; open house, Sept. 10-11, 1999, with 10,267 people attending; dedication, Sept. 19, 1999, by President Gordon B. Hinckley in three sessions, 3,015 attended.
