Church News: Obituary

Robert W. Stum, 80, head cinematographer in the BYU Motion Picture Department for 28 years, died Dec. 16, 2000, in Provo, Utah.

During his career, he filmed more than 150 motion pictures, including "Johnny Lingo," "Windows of Heaven" and "Man's Search for Happiness." He also directed several films.

Brother Stum served the Church in the Provo Missionary Training Center, as a temple ordinance worker and on two missions in West Africa with his wife, Gladys.
