Church members desiring to contribute to the Perpetual Education Fund may do so by sending such donations to Church headquarters attention Treasury Services, or at the ward level by using a Tithing and Other Offerings slip. Write "Perpetual Education Fund" on the donation slip in the "other" field opposite the amount of the donation. Local cash donations to this fund will show in the donor statement.
