Four new mission presidents have been called by the First Presidency. The new mission presidents and their wives will begin their service about July 1. The assignments for all new mission presidents were published in the March 10th issue of Church News. The four new mission presidents and their wives are:
Cesar A. and Miryam Davila
Cesar Augusto Davila Penaloza, 50, Niza Ward, Colombia Bogota Stake, called to Colombia Barranquilla Mission; Bogota Colombia Temple recorder; received architectural degree from University of Javeriana P.; born in Bogota, Colombia, to Julio Enrique Davila Villamizar and Ana Rita Penaloza Martinez de Davila. Married Miryam Hernandez Cruz ; two children. She graduated from N.S. College of Valvanera in primary education; born in Bogota, Colombia, to Alfonso and Maria Antonia Cruz de Hernandez.
Robert E. and Martha Ann Ludwig

Robert Estes Ludwig, 51, Avra Valley Ward, Tucson Arizona North Stake; called to the Colorado Denver South Mission; president of Ludwig Industries; earned bachelor's degree from United States Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., and master's degree in electrical engineering from Arizona State University; born in Tucson, Ariz., to Ralph Homer and Elizabeth Bardwell Ludwig. Married Martha Ann Fox, four children. She received a bachelor's degree in education from BYU, and did post-graduate studies at the University of Arizona; born in Bluefield, W. Va., to David Stevenson and Phyllis Brown Fox.
Stephen Walter and Carol Lundgreen
Stephen Walter Lundgreen, 45, Yuma 4th Ward, Yuma Arizona Stake, called to the Illinois Peoria Mission; President of Lines & Lundgreen; Attended Arizona Western College and received an engineering degree from Arizona State University; born in Torrington, Wyo., to Wesley Kimball and Beverly Bee Bohman Lundgreen. Married Carol Lines; six children. She attended Ricks College and BYU and is a licensed cosmetologist from the Yuma School of Beauty; born in Yuma, Ariz., to Wilton Henry and Theda Butler Lines.
Lucina and Eduardo Serrano

Eduardo Serrano Aceves, 53, Atlanta Ward, Mexico Tepalcapa Stake, called as president of the Mexico Culiacan Mission; Church Educational System coordinator; received a degree in chemical engineering from National Polytechnic Institute, and master's degree in education from BYU; born in Tlalnepantla, Mexico, to Jose and Rosaura Aceves Ros de Serrano. Married Lucina Ruiz Roa; three children. She graduated from technical school in confections; born in Perote, Mexico, to Mariano Ruiz Hernandez and Lucina Roa Cortes de Hernandez.
