Temple Square concerts for February and the 2002 Winter Olympics

A stunning galaxy of dozens of distinguished concert artists will perform at a total of 46 morning, afternoon, and evening concerts during 23 days of seemingly non-stop concertizing at Temple Square helping to celebrate the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics.

Scheduled for Olympic visitors will be seventeen 10:00 a.m. concerts, seventeen 4:00 p.m. concerts, and twelve 7:30 p.m. concerts, all of which will be in the Assembly Hall on Temple Square. In harmony with standard concert protocol, children under eight years of age are encouraged to visit other venues rather than attend concerts.

Concert artists to perform include pianists, violinists, vocalists, choral groups, chamber musicians, and an Army Band.
