Four new Area Authority Seventies have been called by the First Presidency. The new leaders are:
D. Fraser Bullock, Alpine, Utah; a partner in Alpine Consolidated, a private equity firm, and former chief operating and financial officer for the Salt Lake Organizing Committee; former bishop and counselor, high councilor and elders quorum president; wife, Jennifer Smith Bullock; five children.

Stanley G. Ellis, Klein, Texas; chairman and CEO of First Meridian Inc., a financial consulting business; former president of the Brazil So Paulo North Mission, 1999-2002; former stake president and counselor, high councilor, bishop's counselor; wife: Kathryn Kloepfer Ellis; nine children.

G. Steven Laney, Ontario, Ore., president and partner of Triwood Corp.; former vice president of operations of Woodgrain Millwork; multi-stake director of public affairs; former mission president's counselor, stake president, high councilor and bishop; wife, Linda Christensen Laney; six children.

Jeffrey C. Swinton, Salt Lake City, Utah; attorney with Stoker & Swinton; director of the Salt Lake Inner-city Project and president of the Salt Lake Central Stake; former stake president's counselor, bishop, branch president and high councilor; wife, Heidi Sorensen Swinton; five children.
