PROVO, Utah — U.S. News and World Report gave BYU high marks in several categories in its "America's Best Colleges" issue, which appeared on newsstands Sept. 16 and will be excerpted in the Sept. 23 issue of the magazine.
BYU ranked among the second 50 of U.S. colleges and universities in the category of "Best National Universities," while the BYU Marriott School of Management was ranked among the top 50 in "Best Business Programs," coming in at 38th.
In the "Great Schools at Great Prices," BYU ranked 30th among national universities with doctoral programs, and was rated among the top 10 of national universities with the least student-incurred debt.
In addition, BYU's sister campus, BYU-Hawaii, was ranked fifth in the Western Region of "Best Comprehensive Colleges-Bachelor's [degrees]."
