He is president and owner of Coal Inc. He was born in Morgantown, N.C., to John Reid and Catherine M. Sims Giles.

David Evans Heywood, 71, Lakeside Ward, Gilbert Arizona Val Vista Stake; called as president of the Bolivia Cochabamba Temple; succeeding President Richard W. Hardy. President Heywood's wife, Sylvia Lunt Heywood, will serve as temple matron. Serving as a sealer in the Mesa Arizona Temple, President Heywood is a former counselor in a temple presidency, mission president, high councilor, bishop and elders quorum president. He is a retired realtor and property manager. He was born in Snowflake, Ariz., to David Evans and Marie Smith Heywood.
Sister Heywood, who served with her husband while he was a mission president, is a temple ordinance worker. She is a former assistant to the matron, stake Relief Society and Young Women president, ward Primary president and Relief Society compassionate service leader. She was born in Colonia Pacheco, Mexico, to Clarence L. and LaVetta Cluff Lunt.

Edward Harry Petersen, 69, Granada Ward, Whittier California Stake, called as president of the Santo Domingo Dominican Republic Temple, succeeding President Arthur F. Coombs Jr. President Petersen's wife, Mary JoAnn Arnold Petersen, will serve as temple matron. A patriarch, he is a temple sealer, former stake president and bishop. He is a retired attorney. He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Harry and LaVerne Burton Petersen.
Sister Petersen is a temple ordinance worker, former temple missionary in Nauvoo, Ill., and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Young Women president, Relief Society president's counselor and teacher. She was born in Los Angeles, Calif., to Bruce and Martha Porter Arnold.

D. Lee Tobler, 70, Salt Lake 18th Ward, Salt Lake Ensign Stake; called as president of the Columbus Ohio Temple; succeeding President Jerry N. Martin. President Tobler's wife, Helen Darlene Thueson Tobler, will serve as temple matron. An emeritus Seventy, President Tobler is a former area president, counselor in area presidencies, stake president, counselor in a stake presidency and bishop. He is retired. He was born in Provo, Utah, to Donald and Louise Shoell Tobler.
Sister Tobler is currently serving as a teacher. She is a former stake Primary president, counselor in ward and stake Relief Society and Young Women presidencies and ward Relief Society president. She was born in Nampa, Idaho, to Gail and Lela Davenport Thueson.
