FORT WORTH, Texas — Ann Lowdon Call of the Fort Worth 5th Ward, Fort Worth Texas Stake, was inducted into the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame on Oct. 27 for her "strength, courage and resolve."
Sister Call has earned numerous national awards at horse shows that feature palomino and quarter horses. Despite losing both her legs to diabetes, she has won the American Quarter Horse Association Reserve Championship almost every year since 1998 and she won the World Select in 2005.
