Two new temple presidents and matrons have been announced by the First Presidency.
Lawrence Sabey Clarke, 61, of the American Fork 12th Ward, American Fork Utah East Stake, called as president of the Mount Timpanogos Utah Temple, succeeding President Rex D. Pinegar. President Clarke's wife, Carole Westover Clarke, will serve as temple matron. President Clarke, a temple worker and a Sunday School teacher, is a former stake president, stake president's counselor, stake executive secretary, stake mission president, regional welfare agent, and bishop. He is a retired orthodontist. He was born in Lethbridge, Alberta, to Donald Alphonzo and Della Sabey Clarke.
Sister Clarke, temple worker and ward activities committee chairman, is a former stake and ward Relief Society counselor, a ward Young Women president and counselor, a ward Primary president's counselor, and a stake and ward organist. They served together in the Australia Sydney South Mission. She was born in Provo, Utah, to C. Nello and Jacquita Johnson Westover.
Robert L Holyoak, 68, of the Rapid City 1st Ward, Rapid City South Dakota Stake, called as president of the Bismarck North Dakota Temple, succeeding President Donovan R. Feist. President Holyoak's wife, Bonnie Bulloch Holyoak, will serve as temple matron. President Holyoak, temple worker and a transient bishop, is a former stake high councilor and bishop's counselor. He is a retired owner of a muffler and brake shop. He was born in Cedar City, Utah, to James Lenore and Alta Lewis Holyoak.
Sister Holyoak is a Primary teacher and ordinance worker, and a former temple worker, a stake and ward Primary and Young Women president, and Relief Society president's counselor. She was born in Cedar City, Utah, to Robert W. and Lucy Hamilton Bulloch.
