New stake presidents

Three new stakes have been created.

Caguas Puerto Rico Stake, which includes the Caguas, Cayey, Guayama, Humacao, and Juncos wards, was created by Elder D. Todd Christofferson of the Presidency of the Seventy.

Kaysville Utah West Stake, which includes the Barnes Park, Holmes Creek, Kays, Mill Shadow, Old Mill, Sunset, and Webb Lane wards, was created by Elder Marlin K. Jensen of the Seventy.

Manaus Brazil Mindu Stake, which includes the Buritis, Jorge Teixeira, Nova Canaa, Nova Floresta and Tancredo Neves wards, was created by Elder Robert R. Steuer of the Seventy.

New stakes

CAGUAS PUERTO RICO STAKE: (Feb. 26, 2006) Created from the Caguas Puerto Rico and the Guayama Puerto Rico districts. President Jose Manuel Santos G., 49, president of Madeline Beauty Supply; wife, Madeline Ortiz T. de Santos. Counselors — Victor F. Marrero I., 41, security coordinator at Colgate Palmolive; wife, Mary Sue Cuevas R. de Marrero. Valentin Burgos D., 45, merchant; wife, Maribel Mendoza L. de Burgos.

KAYSVILLE UTAH WEST STAKE: (March 5, 2006) Created from the Kaysville Utah Stake. President Justin Tyler Brown, 35, orthodontist; wife, Emily Anderson Brown. Counselors — Richard Clair Taggart, 49, attorney at Kruse Landa Maycock & Ricks; wife, Michelle Ganas Taggart. Douglas Lonard Aagard, 51, market manager at America First Credit Union; wife, Denise Twitchell Aagard.

MANAUS BRAZIL MINDò STAKE: (March 5, 2006) Created from the Manaus Brazil Solim?es Stake. President Raimundo Rodrigues Lima, 52, work foreman at Schahim; wife, Candelaria Ramos Caniza Lima. Counselors — Luis Alberto das Neves Carvalho, 23, commercial manager at Amazon Card; wife, Yanna Fabiola Daniel Carvalho.
