Joseph Edmund Childers, 77, president of the French Polynesian Mission from 1972-1975, died March 18, 2007, in Ogden, Utah. He was the first president of the Papeete Tahiti Temple, 1983-1987.
Henry A Haurand, 78, president of the Frankfurt Germany Temple from 1995-1998, died May 5, 2007, in Bountiful, Utah. A former Church building manager for Central Europe, he was involved in the construction of the Stockholm, Frankfurt and Freiberg temples.
Clair E. Rosenberg, 83, president of the California San Diego Mission from 1983-1986, died Feb. 14, 2007, in Draper, Utah.
R. Paul Thompson, 81, president of the Washington Tacoma Mission from 1993-1996, died May 2, 2007, in St. George, Utah. He was also president of the Seattle Washington Temple from 1998-2001.
