New temple presidents

Lynn Holt Blake, 68, Mueller Park 7th Ward, Bountiful Utah Mueller Park Stake; Halifax Nova Scotia Temple, succeeding President Byron Ronald Christensen. President Blake's wife, Sharon Hadfield Blake, will serve as temple matron. He has served as the president of the Canada Halifax Mission, stake president's counselor, bishop and senior couple missionary in the Europe Central Area Office. Retired Vice President of Research at the Sorenson Companies, he was born in Ogden, Utah, to Loy Frank and Erma Maude Holt Blake.

Sister Blake served with her husband while he presided over the Canada Halifax Mission and as a senior couple missionary. She has also served as a counselor in a stake Relief Society presidency, ward Relief Society president and counselor in a ward Young Women presidency. She was born in Ogden, Utah, to Milton Albert and Opal Davis Hadfield.

Michael Robert Fagg, 68, Maldon Ward, Ipswich England Stake; London England Temple, succeeding President Rowland Edward Elvidge. President Fagg's wife, Gwyneth Leader Fagg, will serve as temple matron. A counselor in the London England Temple presidency, he has also served as district president, stake president's counselor, bishop and ward Young Men president. The former proprietor of a religious bookstore and construction director, he was born in Canterbury, England, to Robert and Mabel Alice Woodcock Fagg.

Sister Fagg, an assistant to the matron at the London England Temple, has served as a stake Primary president, district Relief Society president, ward Relief Society president, ward Young Women president, ward Primary president and institute teacher. Born in Crumlin, South Wales, to James and Edith May Rogars Leader.

Donald Rex Gerratt, 71, Burley 8th Ward, Burley Idaho Stake; the new Twin Falls Idaho Temple (under construction). President Gerratt's wife, Marjorie Crane Gerratt, will serve as temple matron. A member of the Second Quorum of the Seventy, he has served as president of the Philippines Manila Mission, regional representative, stake president and bishop. A retired dairyman and farmer, he was born in Heyburn, Idaho, to Donald Wayne and Ann Bailey Gerratt.

Sister Gerratt served with her husband as he presided over the Philippines Manila Mission, and has also served as ward Young Women and Primary president and counselor in a ward Relief Society presidency. She was born in Burley, Idaho, to Elmer LeRoy and Mary Cottrel Crane.

John Murray Lobley, 67, Moe Ward, Melbourne Australia Pakenham Stake; Melbourne Australia Temple, succeeding President Graeme Edward Cray. President Lobley's wife, Judith Marilyn Head Lobley, will serve as temple matron. A Sunday school and institute teacher, he has served as a stake president, district president and branch president. A self-employed engineering and sales consultant, he was born in Yallourn, Victoria, Australia, to John Richard and Thelma Victoria Annie Greaves Lobley.

Sister Lobley, a temple preparation class teacher, has served as a counselor in a district Young Women presidency, counselor in ward Relief Society and Primary presidencies, and visiting teaching coordinator. Born in East Malvern, Victoria, Australia, to Ivan Olsen and Marjorie Betty Pinkus Head.

John Anthony Maile, 70, Kalamunda Ward, Perth Australia Southern River Stake; Perth Australia Temple, succeeding President John Anthony Grinceri. President Maile's wife, Heather Ann McKimmie Maile, will serve as temple matron. A high priests group leader and volunteer assistant temple recorder, he has served as stake president's counselor, stake Young Men president, bishop's counselor, high councilor, high priests group leader and seminary teacher. A retired project manager for construction and industrial mining, he was born in Balham, England, to John William and Anne Elizabeth Lambert Maile.

Sister Maile, a ward Relief Society enrichment leader and temple ordinance worker, has served as a counselor in a stake Young Women presidency, ward Relief Society president, ward Young Women president, ward Primary president and seminary teacher. She was born in Cambridge, England, to James Littlejohn and Phyllis Lillian Blatch McKimmie.
