The First Presidency has announced, in a letter dated March 4, 2008, the dates for the open house, dedication and other events associated with the Panama City Panama Temple.
The temple will be open to the public from July 11-July 26, excluding Sundays. A cultural celebration will be held Saturday, Aug. 9, followed by four dedication sessions on Aug. 10 to accommodate 31,000 members living in Panama. The temple will open for ordinances Aug. 11.
