New mission presidents

Five new mission presidents and their wives have been called by the First Presidency. They will begin service about July 1.

David John Bullock, 52, England Manchester Mission; Littleton 5th Ward, Littleton Colorado Stake; high priest group instructor; former high councilor, bishop, stake executive secretary, elders quorum president and missionary in the Sweden Stockholm Mission. Retired chief executive officer, ING Funds Distributor. Born in Boise, Idaho, to Harry Cliffe and Lavaughn Marion Hunter Bullock. Married Kathleen Amelia Packer, five children.

A stake Relief Society president, Sister Bullock is a former stake and ward Primary president and ward Relief Society and Young Women president. Born in American Fork, Utah, to Boyd Kenneth and Donna Edith Smith Packer.

Jorge Luis del Castillo, 54, Argentina Resistencia Mission; El Dorado Ward, Florencio Varela Argentina Stake; bishop; former Area Seventy, stake president, regional representative, area public affair assistant and missionary in the Argentina Cordoba Mission. Owner of dry cleaning business. Born in Avellaneda, Buenos Aires, Argentina, to Rafael and Luisa Carbonell Del Castillo. Married Olinda Beatriz Boveda, six children.

Sister del Castillo is a former counselor in a ward Relief Society presidency, seminary teacher and ward Primary president. Born in Posadas, Misiones, Argentina, to Marcos and Irma Albrecht Boveda.

Joselito Medina Costa Neves, 39, Cape Verde Praia Mission; Mindelo 2nd Ward, Mindelo Cape Verde Stake; former district president and counselor, branch president and ward Sunday School president and teacher. Coordinator, Church Educational System. Born in Cha de Igreja, Ilha de Santo Antao, Cape Verde, to Carlos A. C. Neves and Maria L. Medina. Married Mafalda Sofia L. B. Ferreira, three children.

Sister Neves is a former district Young Women president, counselor in a district Primary presidency and branch Primary president. Born in Mindelo, Sao Vicente, Cape Verde, to Guilherme Santos and Adozinda B.L.B. Ferreira.

Carlos Roberto Toledo, 44, Brazil Salvador Mission; Alphaville Ward, Barueri Brazil Stake; counselor in the bishopric; former counselor in the Mexico City West Mission presidency, high councilor, branch president, bishop, stake president and missionary in the Brazil Porto Alegre Mission. Senior regional human resource director, Solae. Master of organizational behavior at BYU; Born in Quatigua, Parana, Brazil, to Antonio and Helena Cremonezi Toledo. Married Marcia Regina Almeida, three children.
