New stake presidents

Two new stakes have been created.

A new stake has been created from the Huaraz Perú District. The Huaraz Perú Stake, which includes the Caraz, Carhuaz, Centenario, Central, Huaraz and Huarupampa wards, was created by Elder Rafael E. Pino of the Seventy and Elder Cesar H. Hooker, an Area Seventy.

The Rexburg Idaho YSA 4th Stake, which includes the Driggs YSA, Lyman YSA, Menan YSA, Rexburg YSA 1st, Rexburg YSA 2nd, Rexburg YSA 3rd, Rigby YSA, Ririe YSA and Sugar City YSA wards, was created by Elder David F. Evans of the Seventy.

HUARAZ PERU STAKE: (Sept. 11, 2011) President — Roger Zavaleta Muñoz, 38, multifunctional operator for Barrick; wife, Maria Luisa Ortega Ramos. Counselors — Cesar Oswaldo Huiman Ore, 39, sales manager; wife, Liz Blonca Barreto Angeles. Roosevelt Villanueva Tomanguillo, 36, lawyer; wife, Colomba Magali Rondan Ortiz.

REXBURG IDAHO YSA 4TH STAKE: (Aug. 21, 2011) President — Edwin A. Sexton, 52, professor of economics at Brigham Young University–Idaho; wife, Dawna Loanne Williams Sexton. Counselors — Alan C. Batt, 58, president of Batt Construction, Inc.; wife, Millie Furness Batt. Rudy Burt Puzey, 59, professor at BYU–Idaho; wife, LeeAnn Simmons Puzey.
