The Abu Dhabi Stake, which includes the Al Ain, Dubai 2nd, Kuwait and Oman branches and Abu Dhabi 1st, Abu Dhabi 2nd, Doha 1st, Doha 2nd, Dubai 1st and Sharjah wards, was created by Elder Jeffrey R. Holland of the Quorum of the Twelve.
The Bountiful Utah YSA Stake, which includes the Bountiful YSA, Centerville YSA 1st, Centerville YSA 2nd, Deer Hollow YSA, Farmington Hills YSA, Farmington YSA, Lakeside YSA, Legacy YSA, Mills Park YSA, Millstream YSA, North Canyon YSA and North Park YSA wards, was created by Elders Kent F. Richards and Carl B. Cook of the Seventy.
The Layton Utah YSA Stake, which includes the Davis Park YSA, Heather Hollow YSA, Heritage Park YSA, Kaysville YSA, Layton YSA, Mountain Road YSA, Northridge YSA, Valley View YSA and Westfield YSA wards, was created by Elders Michael Ringwood and Carl B. Cook of the Seventy.
The Murray Utah YSA Stake, which includes the Brighton YSA, Cottonwood Heights YSA, Cottonwood YSA 1st, Cottonwood YSA 2nd, Midvale YSA, Murray YSA, Parkway YSA and Union YSA wards, was created by Elder David F. Evans of the Seventy and Elder Rodolfo Franco, an Area Seventy.
The Salt Lake Bonneville YSA Stake, which includes the Bonneview YSA, Central YSA 1st, Central YSA 2nd, Central YSA 3rd, City Creek YSA, Emigration YSA, Ensign YSA, Foothill YSA, Highland YSA, Hillside YSA, Monument Park YSA and Parleys YSA wards, was created by Elder Ronald A. Rasband of the Presidency of the Seventy.
The Salt Lake Holladay YSA Stake, which includes the Canyon Rim YSA, East Mill Creek YSA, Holladay YSA 1st, Holladay YSA 2nd, Holladay YSA 3rd, Mount Olympus USA, Valley View YSA, Wilford YSA, Winder YSA 1st, Winder YSA 2nd and Winmill YSA wards, was created by Elder Kent F. Richards of the Seventy and Elder Von Keetch, an Area Seventy.
The Sandy Utah YSA Stake, which includes the Alta Canyon YSA, Canyon Springs YSA, Londonberry YSA, Lone Peak YSA, Mount Jordan YSA, Sandy Heights YSA and Willow Creek YSA wards, was created by Elder Kent F. Richards of the Seventy and Elder Jon M. Huntsman, an Area Seventy.
The Taylorsville Utah YSA Stake, which includes the Bennion YSA, Granger YSA 1st, Granger YSA 2nd, Hunter YSA, Magna YSA, Salt Lake YSA 2nd, Taylorsville YSA 1st, Taylorsville YSA 2nd and Taylorsville YSA 3rd wards, was created by Elder Michael T. Ringwood of the Seventy and Elder Warren Tate, an Area Seventy.
The West Jordan Utah YSA Stake, which includes the Cobble Creek YSA, Copper Hills YSA, Jordan Oaks YSA, Jordan YSA, Mountain View YSA, Prairie YSA, River Oaks YSA, Welby YSA, West Jordan YSA and Westridge YSA wards, was created by Elder LeGrand R.
