He serves as the Europe Central Area Adviser for Especially for Youth, and has served as stake president, bishop, high councilor and as a senior missionary couple. A retired senior vice president of an electronic component manufacturer, he was born in Salzhausen, Preussen, Germany, to Wilhelm and Wally M?rke Sperling.
