New stake
A new stake has been created from the Tuguegarao Philippines Stake. The Tuguegarao Philippines South Stake, which includes the San Bernardo Branch and the Cabagan, Cataggaman, Penablanca, Tuguegarao 2nd and Tuguegarao 4th wards, was created by Elder Michael John U. Teh of the Seventy and Elder Cesar A. Perez, an Area Seventy.
