New temple president

A new temple president and his wife have been called by the First Presidency. They will begin their service later this year.

Harold Call Brown, 68, Wasatch 5th Ward, Salt Lake Wasatch Stake, called as president of the Draper Utah Temple, succeeding President Russell E. Tueller. President Brown's wife, Penny Dalton Brown, will serve as temple matron. He is serving as a ward mission leader. He has served as an Area Seventy, regional representative, president of the Utah Provo Mission, stake president and bishop. Retired as managing director of the Welfare Services Department, he was born in Coalville, Utah, to Lyle Heber and Thelma Call Brown.

Sister Brown serves as a ward missionary. She served with her husband as he presided over the Utah Provo Mission, and has served as stake and ward Relief Society president, ward Young Women president and ward organist. She was born in Hurricane, Utah, to Maurice Dwane and Mildred Dalton.
