New mission presidents

Eight new mission presidents and their wives have been called by the First Presidency. They will begin their service in July.

Robert Mamaril Andrada, 46, and Gaylene Casuga Hinayo Andrada, four children, Sampaloc Ward, Manila Philippines Stake: Philippines Laoag Mission, succeeding President Julius F. Barrientos and Sister Maria Barrientos. Brother Andrada serves as a Sunday School teacher and is a former stake president, stake presidency counselor, high councilor, stake Sunday School presidency counselor, bishop, stake mission president and missionary in the Philippines Cagayan De Oro Mission. President and CEO, Professional Microfinance Alliance, Inc. Born in San Fernando City, Philippines, to Daniel Gundran Andrada and Rosita Mamaril Andrada.

Sister Andrada serves as stake public affairs community relations specialist and is a former ward Young Women and Primary president and Relief Society presidency counselor. Born in Mankayan, Philippines, to Alfredo Canto Hinayo and Adelina Casuga Hinayo.

John Noble Craig, 55, and Carol Rayner Craig, seven children, Somerset Ward, Calgary Alberta Foothills Stake: Canada Winnipeg Mission, succeeding President Kirk M. Thomas and Sister Pamela Thomas. Brother Craig is a former stake president, high councilor, bishop, high priests group leader, ward Young Men president, elders quorum president and missionary in the California Ventura Mission. Partner and co-head of construction, Bennett Jones LLP. Born in Pincher Creek, Alberta, Canada, to Noble John Craig Jr. and Nona Bevans Nelson.

Sister Craig is a former ward Relief Society president, ward Primary, Young Women, and Relief Society presidencies counselor and missionary in the California Ventura Mission. Born in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, England, to Arthur Rayner and Emmie Cooke Rayner.

Walter Scott Fife, 56, and Dana Lea Hunter Fife, seven children, Manti 6th Ward, Manti Utah Stake: Australia Perth Mission, succeeding President Richard Bruce Lindsay and Sister Sharlene Lindsay. Brother Fife is a former stake presidency counselor, bishop, ward Young Men president, elders quorum president and missionary in the Germany Hamburg Mission. Institute instructor, LDS Seminaries and Institutes. Born in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Marlyn Lee Fife and Eliza Rose Ruf Fife.

Sister Fife is a former ward Relief Society, Young Women, and Primary president, Cub Scout leader and missionary in the Germany Hamburg Mission. Born in Bethesda, Maryland, to David Julius Hunter and Lorraine Blanch Ward Hunter.

Ronald Kjar Gubler, 61, and Mary Sue Mills Gubler, eight children, Park 2nd Ward, Orem Utah Park Stake: England London South Mission, succeeding President Roger C. Millar and Sister Valerie Millar. Brother and Sister Gubler are serving in the Germany Frankfurt Mission. Brother Gubler is a former stake executive secretary, MTC executive secretary and branch president, bishop, stake Young Men president and missionary in the Austria Vienna Mission. Retired administrator, LDS Seminaries and Institutes. Born in Salt Lake City to Clark Johnson Gubler and Maurine Kjar Gubler.

Sister Gubler is a former stake Relief Society and Young Women secretary, ward Relief Society and Young Women president and ward activities chairman. Born in Malad, Idaho, to Rex Rosell Mills and Elaine Dredge Mills.

Jeremy Robert Jaggi, 42, and Amy Anne Stewart Jaggi, four children, Dos Vientos Ward, Newbury Park California Stake: Utah Ogden Mission, succeeding President Maurice D. Hiers Jr. and Sister Charlene Hiers. Brother Jaggi is a former bishop, ward Young Men presidency counselor, ward mission leader, seminary teacher, elders quorum president and missionary in the Ohio Cleveland Mission. Executive director of marketing, Amgen Inc. Born in Salt Lake City to Robert Stanley Jaggi and Judy Anne Roos Jaggi.

Sister Jaggi is a former ward Primary, Young Women and Relief Society presidencies counselor, ward missionary and missionary in the Germany Frankfurt Mission. Born in Salt Lake City to David Michael Stewart and Betty Louise Sine Stewart.

David Harris Miner, 57, and Kathleen Ludwig Miner, four children, East Mill Creek 11th Ward, Salt Lake East Mill Creek North Stake: Russia Rostov-na-Donu Mission, succeeding President William H. Prows and Sister Vickie Prows. Brother Miner is a former bishop, high councilor, stake Young Men presidency counselor, ward Young Men president, stake mission president and missionary in the Germany Hamburg Mission. President, Municipal Bond Consulting, Inc. Born in Salt Lake City to Franklin Harris Grover and Ann Miner Jenkins.

Sister Miner is a former ward Relief Society president, ward Primary, Young Women and Relief Society presidencies counselor and gospel doctrine teacher. Born in Salt Lake City to Paul Eugene Ludwig and Shannon Stewart Ludwig.

Daniel Lloyd Rasmussen, 56, and Shauna Jean Inkley Rasmussen, four children, Woodbridge 1st Ward, Irvine California Stake: Perú Piura Mission, succeeding President Chad A. Rowley and Sister Lisa Rowley. Brother Rasmussen serves as a stake president and is a former stake presidency counselor, bishop, high councilor, stake Young Men president and missionary in the Dominican Republic Mission. Partner, Payne and Fears LLP. Born in Orange, California, to Lloyd M Rasmussen and Sharon Lott Rasmussen.

Sister Rasmussen serves as a seminary teacher and is a former ward Relief Society president, ward Primary president and ward nursery leader. Born in Salt Lake City to Grant Mackay Inkley and Jeannie Maack Inkley.

David Lynn Smith, 42, and Rebecca Cardall Smith, three children, Keller 2nd Ward, Colleyville Texas Stake: New York New York North Mission, succeeding President Thomas B. Morgan and Sister Debra Morgan. Brother Smith serves as a bishop and is a former bishopric counselor, ward Young Men president, elders quorum president, seminary teacher and missionary in the Hawaii Honolulu Mission. Partner and executive vice president, Veridicus Health. Born in Salt Lake City to Richard Lynn Smith and Sirkka Eliisa Laitinen Smith.

Sister Smith is a former ward Young Women president, ward Primary presidency counselor, Sunday School teacher, and missionary in the Hawaii Honolulu Mission. Born in Salt Lake City to Duane Volker Cardall and Margaret Layton Cardall.
